Mids’ conduct deemed improper, not criminal; passenger reported lewd acts The Naval Academy has determined that eight to 10 of 37 students who went on a spring break cruise in the Caribbean “demonstrated behavior that was misguided/immature,” but a preliminary investigation found no indications of criminal behavior, according to a statement released this afternoon.
