Mechanical problems caused Norwegian Cruise Lines to cancel the scheduled Saturday departure of its cruise ship “Majesty.” Full refunds are being offered to passengers, and the ship’s departure will be delayed at least a week, cruise line spokeswoman AnneMarie Mathews said Saturday from Miami.
